Staff & Associates

	Ian Kemble Ian is a qualified teacher who was Head of History at a secondary school in Colchester. He has also worked for churches in Brentwood and Canada and is now part of Doddinghurst Road Community Church. Ian worked for BSCWT as an interim schools worker in 1999 and rejoined our staff in 2006 as part-time Director of Schools Work, overseeing the team of staff and associate workers.
	Sue Evans Sue joined the staff in 2007 and works part-time in many primary schools as well as helping in secondary schools with year 7. She has previous teaching experience and is part of Christ Church, Warley.
	Mary Thomas Mary is a qualified teacher and has worked for BSCWT since 1999. She works part-time in several secondary schools as well as helping with our year 6 work in primary schools. Mary is part of Doddinghurst Road Community Church.
	Fiona Mason Fiona has worked in various secretarial and administrative roles and joined our team in 2007 as part-time Administrator for BSCWT. She is part of St Paul’s Church, Bentley.

Trustees

The Trustees are drawn from several different churches and they oversee the work of BSCWT.

	Andrew Kearns Andrew is chair of the Trustees and is part of Christ Church, Warley.
	Sally McMahon Sally is also the Chair of the Management Committee and is part of Brentwood Baptist Church.
	Richard Soper Richard is part of Sawyers Church.
	Andrew Wood Andrew is part of Christ Church, Warley.
	Phil Manterfield Phil is Headteacher of Ingatestone and Fryerning C of E Junior School.

Management Committee

Management Committee members are elected by local churches to participate in the operations of BSCWT in various capacities.
